The Environmental Protection Authority approved the use of the following unique emissions factors in the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme on 26 February 2014 by Marlborough District Council for operating a waste disposal facility. The approval was made under section 91 of the Climate Change Response Act 2002 and in accordance with the Climate Change (Unique Emissions Factors) Regulations 2009:
