Bollons Gap Gap
49°15.00'S Latitude, 178°20.00'W Longitude. A gap approximately 4500m deep that separates Campbell Plateau to the west from Bollons Seamount in the Southwest Pacific Basin, east of Antipodes Island. Recorded in official documents.

Bream Knolls Knolls
35°40.00'S Latitude, 175°09.00'E Longitude. Two knolls approximately 180m high, east of Whangarei. Depicted on Poor Knights Chart©, Mitchell, 1995.

Christable Seamount Seamount
51°01.44'S Latitude, 164°34.85'E Longitude. A seamount with an area of 2169.70km² at the mouth of Solander Trough where it meets Emerald Basin, west of the Auckland Islands. Recorded in official documents.

Cook Channel Seachannel
42°36.20'S Latitude, 166°49.60'E Longitude. A seachannel that is the outer reaches of the Cook Canyon complex beyond its merging with the Hokitika Canyon. The seachannel continues northwards onto the ocean floor beyond 4500m, west of the South Island. Courrejolles Slope Slope
52°15.00'S Latitude, 168°39.00'E Longitude. A steeply inclined part of the continental slope approximately 50km northwest of Campbell Island / Motu Ihupuku. Depicted on Campbell Is Chart©, Cullen, 1971.

Foulwind Canyon Canyon
41°53.94'S Latitude, 169°31.19'E Longitude. A wide, flat-floored area, with a bottom depth of 1000m offshore from the West Coast of the South Island. Depicted on Foulwind Chart©, Norris, 1979; West Coast Canyons©, Mackay et al., 2009.

Hauraki Canyon Canyon
35°20.00'S Latitude, 175°35.00'E Longitude. A canyon that curves around the western and northern sides of Barrier Bank. Extends from approximately 200m deep to Hauraki Trough at 2000m deep, east of Whangarei. Depicted on Poor Knights Chart©, Eade, 1971.

Kaipara Canyon Canyon
36°42.16'S Latitude, 173°45.54'E Longitude. A northeast-southwest trending indentation off the continental shelf, northwest of the North Island, in the Tasman Sea. 200–1100m depth. Depicted on Kaipara Chart©, Irwin & Eade, 1984; Cook Chart©, Baldwin & Lewis, 1991.

Kaipara Channel Seachannel
36°48.00'S Latitude, 173°10.00'E Longitude. A northeast-southwest trending indentation off the continental shelf, northwest of the North Island, in the Tasman Sea. Depths from 1350 to 1600m. Depicted on Kaipara Chart©, Irwin & Eade, 1984.

Kapukairo Knoll Knoll
37°02.33'S Latitude, 176°53.77'E longitude. A northeast-southwest aligned knoll 89km northeast of Tauranga. Rises to 1050m from a depth of 1350m and has an area of 9.20km². Depicted on Bay of Plenty Chart©, Wright, 1989.

Koutunui Bank Bank
38°06.00'S Latitude, 179°03.00'E Longitude. An almost oval shaped bank aligned nearly west-east on the outer continental slope off East Cape Peninsula. It rises from a base at 500m to a crest at 350m. Depicted on East Cape Chart©, Blackmore, 1996.

McDougall Trough Trough
51°50.00'S Latitude, 161°40.00'E Longitude. A trough parallel to and 25km east of Macquarie Ridge between Macquarie Island and New Zealand. A 5000–5500m deep trough bounded to the west by the precipitous flank of Macquarie Ridge and to the east by the gentler flank of a 3400m deep sill that separates it from the Emerald Basin. Moeraki Canyon Canyon
43°32.92'S Latitude, 169°02.46'E Longitude. The most northern canyon in a series of canyons in the area. It is a 5km wide 500–800m deep incised flat-bottomed canyon running across the continental shelf and slope. Depicted on Jackson Chart©, Carter, 1981.

Papamoa Knoll Knoll
37°06.00'S Latitude, 176°49.02'E Longitude. A small knoll in the outer Bay of Plenty region. Rises to 850m from a depth of 1100m and has an area of 5.10km². Depicted on Bay of Plenty Chart©, Wright, 1989.

Purerua Seamount Seamount
33°54.30'S Latitude, 174°33.06'E Longitude. A broad, flat-topped, northeast trending seamount north-northeast of northern New Zealand. Rises to 1250m from a depth of 2950m and has an area of 246.30km². Depicted on North Cape Chart©, Mitchell & Eade, 1990.
