Declaration That Land is a Recreation Reserve to Form Part of Carnival/Jubilee Park
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said district in an estate in fee simple, described in the Schedule shall be and the same is declared to be gazetted a recreation reserve and pursuant to Section 16(2) is deemed to be classified for that purpose and further declares that the said reserve form part of Carnival/Jubilee Park.

“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said district in an estate in fee simple, described in the Schedule shall be and the same is declared to be gazetted a recreation reserve and pursuant to Section 16(2) is deemed to be classified for that purpose and further declares that the said reserve form part of Carnival/Jubilee Park.”

Corrigendum—Amending Land Status—Setting Land Apart as a Māori Reservation
The notice (ln1056) published in the New Zealand Gazette,
21 February 2013, No. 21, page 558, setting apart Lot 1 DP 373578 as a Māori reservation to be called Hau Ariki Marae is hereby amended by replacing the words
“Māori freehold land”
with the words
“General land”
to show the correct status of the land so set apart.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation
