Declaration That Land is a Recreation Reserve to Form Part of Karo Park
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the New Plymouth District Council hereby notifies that a resolution to the following effect was passed by the council on 24 May 2011:
“That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by Section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and acting under an instrument of delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said district in an estate in fee simple, described in the Schedule shall be and the same is declared to be gazetted a recreation reserve and pursuant to Section 16(2) is deemed to be classified for that purpose and further declares that the said reserve form part of Karo Park.”
