A Proclamation

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the First Schedule and the easement interests described in the Second Schedule to be taken for motorway purposes and vested in the Crown on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

(a) A right of way specified in Easement Certificate B135700.6 appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 304260 (Computer Freehold Register 17260) over that part of Lot 3 DP 417134 (Computer Freehold Register 465950); marked “B” on SO 466569; and

(b) Electricity, gas and telecommunication supply rights specified in Easement Certificate B135700.6 appurtenant to Lot 2 DP 304260 (Computer Freehold Register 17260) over those parts of Lot 2 DP 87790 (Computer Freehold Register WN55C/105); marked “C” and “P” on SO 466569.

Land Acquired for a Pumping Station—37 Fred Thomas Drive, Takapuna, Auckland

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for a pumping station and shall vest in Watercare Services Limited on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—Sircombe Road, Otorohanga District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 364615, subject to mortgage 8189996.1.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 364616, subject to mortgage 8745172.2.

(d) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 94714.

(e) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register SA1049/110, subject to mortgage 8136350.2.

(f) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road described in the Sixth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 398684, subject to mortgage 8211980.4.
