Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account

Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Gary Ramon Neville Green is required to be paid to the Secretary for Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Gary Ramon Neville Green.

And that on 11 April 2014, $631.00 was paid into the Victims’ Claims Trust Account on behalf of Gary Ramon Neville Green.

This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Gary Ramon Neville Green to make claims against it.

Any person that has been a victim of Gary Ramon Neville Green, in respect of an offence for which Gary Ramon Neville Green was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Gary Ramon Neville Green.

Claims by victims are not limited to the amount available in the trust account.

Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 2014

Pursuant to section 60 of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Minister for Primary Industries, after complying with the requirements of that section, gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the Fisheries (Quota Aggregation Limit Exemption) Notice 2014.

2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

3. Exemption to quota aggregation limit for large trough shell for five years—From the date that this notice comes into force, consent is given for Cloudy Bay Holdings Limited to hold quota shares for large trough shell having a quota weight equivalent less than or equal to 58.62% of the total allowable commercial catch of large trough shell.

4. Exemption to quota aggregation limit for triangle shell for five years—From the date that this notice comes into force, consent is given for Cloudy Bay Holdings Limited to hold quota shares for triangle shell having quota weight equivalent, less than or equal to 55.32% of the total allowable commercial catch of triangle shell.

5. Avoidance of doubt—For the avoidance of doubt, at the conclusion of the period of five years referred to in clauses 3 and 4 of this notice, the quota aggregation limit for Cloudy Bay Holdings Limited for large trough shell and triangle shell reverts back to the aggregation limit for large trough shell.
