Notice of Granting of Scheduled International Air Service Licences
Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I, Sonya van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security in the Ministry of Transport, hereby
give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87N of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to:
(a) grant a Scheduled International Air Service Licence to Ethiopian Airlines Enterprise to enable it to commence code-share services to New Zealand; and
(b) grant a Scheduled International Air Service Licence to Finnair Plc to enable it to commence services to New Zealand.
The licences took effect on 26 March 2014.

Notice of Amendment of the Gas Transmission Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2013
Pursuant to section 52Q of Part 4 of the Commerce Act 1986 (“Act”), the Commerce Commission (“Commission”) gives the following notice.
On 26 March 2014, the Commission made the Gas Transmission Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination Amendment 2014 [2014] NZCC 6 (“Amendment”) in accordance with section 52Q of the Act.
The Amendment amends the Gas Transmission Services Default Price-Quality Path Determination 2013 [2013] NZCC 5* (“Determination”).
The Amendment corrects errors in the formula that Maui Development Limited must use in calculating the change in the CPI for the purposes of calculating its allowable notional revenue for all assessment periods other than the first.
The Amendment is effective as of 1 May 2014.
Copies of the Amendment and the Determination as amended by this Amendment are available for inspection free of charge at the Commission (during ordinary office hours), on the Commission’s website
