Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Further to notices in the New Zealand Gazette of 12 December 2013* and 30 January 2014†, and pursuant to section 87J(6) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 28, 29 and 41 of the State Sector Act 1988, a delegation from the Minister of Transport dated 29 October 2013, and a sub-delegation from the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Transport dated 3 November 2013, I give notice that having received an application from Air New Zealand Limited, the Minister of Transport has varied the Scheduled International Air Service Licence held by that airline to provide for:
(a) amended code-share arrangements that the airline may exercise in relation to French Polynesia;
(b) an increase in the airline’s capacity entitlement to Indonesia to three return services per week; and
(c) the commencement of code-share services to Spain.
These variations took effect from 3 March 2014.

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I, Sonya van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to China Airlines to enable the airline to operate without capacity constraints over the routing “From points in the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen and Matsu via intermediate points to a point or points in New Zealand and beyond”.
The variation took effect on 11 March 2014.

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to section 87Q(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I, Sonya van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to China Southern Airlines to enable the airline to code-share, as the marketing carrier, with capacity as filed with and acknowledged by the Secretary for Transport.
The variation took effect on 24 March 2014.
