Conditions

Approval of Waikato District Health Board Community Alcohol and Drug Service and Clinician to Provide Substitution Treatment Under Section 24 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Pursuant to section 24(7)(b) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, specify Waikato District Health Board Community Alcohol and Drug Service (“Waikato CADS”) as a service that may provide treatment with controlled drugs for people who are dependent on controlled drugs, at the following places:
