Notice of Name of Moutere Mahue / Antipodes Island Marine Reserve

Pursuant to section 10(2) of the Subantarctic Islands Marine Reserves Act 2014, the Minister of Conservation gives notice that the official geographic name of the marine reserve comprising Section 1 on SO 442747 is Moutere Mahue / Antipodes Island Marine Reserve, with effect on and from 2 March 2014, in accordance with sections 5(2) and 10(1) of that Act.
