Pursuant to section 10(2) of the Subantarctic Islands Marine Reserves Act 2014, the Minister of Conservation gives notice that the official geographic name of the marine reserve comprising Section 1 on SO 442749 is Moutere Ihupuku / Campbell Island Marine Reserve, with effect on and from 2 March 2014, in accordance with sections 7(2) and 10(1) of that Act.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Western Bay of Plenty District Office, Department of Conservation, revokes the reservation as local purpose (accessway) reserves over the lands described in the Schedule and declares that the lands may be disposed of by the Tauranga City Council in such manner, at a price and on terms and conditions as the council determines.
