Acquired for Segregation Strip—Upper Harbour Drive, Greenhithe, Auckland

Pursuant to section 50 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Teresa Buckthought, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is acquired for segregation strip, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991, and vested in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Trevor Knowles, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 1, Western Hills Drive, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Road Realignment—State Highway 16 Kaipara Coast Highway, Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Earnshaw, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road, pursuant to section 114(1), which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;

(b) The land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance, pursuant to section 119, and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA57/175, subject to Gazette Notice 6019322.1;

(c) Declares, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register NA57/175, subject to Gazette Notice 6019322.1, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987;

(d) Declares, pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the portion of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice is to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 421870, subject to Gazette Notices 5729426.1 and 572928.1, Mortgage 6375959.3, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
