Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager Murihiku, Department of Conservation, revokes the appointment of the Waihopai Māori Committee to control and manage the local purpose (site for a marae) reserve described in the Schedule.

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
