Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager Murihiku, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve described in the Schedule as local purpose (site for a marae) reserve and appoints Waihopai Runaka Incorporated to control and manage the reserve for that purpose.
