Road Stopped and Vested—Suburbs of Raumanga and Maunu, Whangarei District

Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jemma Cooper, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road adjoining the land described in the First and Second Schedules to this notice to be stopped, and:

The land described in the First Schedule to vest in the Northland Regional Council, pursuant to section 117(3)(b).
The land described in the Second Schedule to vest in the Whangarei District Council as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, pursuant to section 117(7).
