b. the total amount of electricity consumed (in GWh) by NZAS each month under NZAS’s amended electricity contract, identifying the contract period provisions of the purchases;
c. the total amount of electricity consumed (in GWh) by NZAS each month that was purchased on the electricity spot market or purchased under any electricity supply contract other than the prior electricity contract or the amended electricity contract; and
d. any other changes to contract parameters relevant to determining the NZAS allocative baseline, including whether NZAS has entered into any other electricity supply contracts whose term extends beyond two years from the date of this notice.
- NZAS may provide any additional information that it believes will assist the Minister in making a determination.

Climate Change (Change to Composition of Person Appointed to Hold Certain New Zealand Units) Notice 2014
Pursuant to section 73 of the Climate Change Response Act 2002 (“the Act”), the Minister for Climate Change Issues gives the following notice.
Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Climate Change (Change to Composition of Person Appointed to Hold Certain New Zealand Units) Notice 2014.

Commencement—This appointment takes effect from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

Change to composition—On 21 April 2011, I appointed the Forestry Emission Unit Trust (“the Trust”) under section 73(1) of the Act. The functions of the Trust are to apply for an allocation of New Zealand units in respect of land specified in section 72(2)(b)(i)(A) of the Act, and to hold these units on trust for the future owners of the land.
I appoint
Hinerangi Raumati-Tu’ua
Paul Francis Majurey
as trustees of the Trust.
I revoke the appointments of Alan Parekura Torohina Haronga and Cletus Maanu Paul as trustees of the Trust (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 April 2011, No. 55, page 1276).

Summary of Notices of Conservation Land Where Freedom Camping is Prohibited or Restricted
In accordance with section 17 of the Freedom Camping Act 2011, the Acting Deputy Director-General Conservation Services, acting under delegation from the Director-General of the Department of Conservation, hereby gives notice that freedom camping will be restricted or prohibited by freedom camping notices covering certain conservation land managed by the department.
Freedom Camping Notices define (by text and map) the conservation land where freedom camping is restricted or prohibited, and what restrictions and prohibitions apply on each site.
Where they apply, restrictions are specified on the notice relating to each site.
Restrictions may include matters such as duration of stay, season of use and/or hours of use.
The freedom camping notices are held at the department’s National Office and are available for inspection at
