Christchurch Central Recovery Plan - Noise and Entertainment Provisions Amendment Commencement Notice
Pursuant to the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery gives the following notice.

Title—This notice is the Christchurch Central Recovery Plan - Noise and Entertainment Provisions Amendment Commencement Notice.

Replacement—Following a review under section 22 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011 of the Noise and Entertainment provisions in the Christchurch Central Recovery Plan, I have decided to amend the Recovery Plan by replacing:
- the Noise and Entertainment Provisions section on pages 69 to 76 of Appendix 1;
- the entire contents of pages 3 to 5 of Appendix 1 up to and including Policy 12.4.2;
- the entire contents of pages 15 and 16 of Appendix 1 up to and including Policy 12.6.3; and
- the existing Map 7 "Central City: Noise Environments" on page 101 of Appendix 1.
The Christchurch Central Recovery Plan is also amended by the insertion of additional wording in the section entitled "High quality inner city living" on page 107.

Commencement—The replacement addendum is issued and comes into effect on 1 January 2015.

Inspection—The addendum "Noise and Entertainment Provisions" is available on the Christchurch Central Development Unit’s website
Reference copies of the addendum "Noise and Entertainment Provisions" are available at the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority’s office at Level 8, HSBC Tower, 62 Worcester Boulevard, Christchurch, and libraries and service centres in the district of the Christchurch City Council.

Title—This notice is the Christchurch Central Recovery Plan – South Frame Commencement Notice.

Replacement—Following a review under section 22 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011 of the provisions in the Christchurch Central Recovery Plan relating to the South Frame, I have decided to amend the Recovery Plan provisions for the area, by inserting and amending provisions in Appendix 1 and amending the Central City Planning Maps 1, 2, 3 and 6.
