Approval of Code of Ethical Conduct (Notice No. MPI 415)

Reappointment to the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Board

Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Energy and Resources has reappointed

Janet Carson

as a member of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Board, as established under the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority Act 2000, for a term of three years commencing on 5 December 2014.

Notice of Variation of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I, Sonya Helen van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security in the Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87Q of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to vary the terms of the Scheduled International Air Service Licence issued to Air Tahiti Nui to authorise the airline to code-share as the marketing carrier, four times per week, between each of Auckland and Brisbane, Auckland and Sydney, and Auckland and Melbourne.

This variation took effect on 26 October 2014.
