Land Declared Road and Land Acquired for Use in Connection With a Road—
State Highway 6 and State Highway 8B Cromwell Intersection, Central Otago District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88 of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall vest in the Crown;
b. Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for use in connection with a road, subject to the reservoir overflow easement in gross over part marked "K" on DP 306152 in favour of the Central Otago District Council created by Transfer 741418.2 (Otago Land Registry), and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
