A Proclamation
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule to be taken for a park and to vest in the Auckland Council on the 14th day after the date of the publication of this Proclamation in the New Zealand Gazette.

Authorisation of the Exchange of Reserve Land for Other Land—Whangarei District
The Whangarei District Council notifies the following resolution passed by it on 26 February 2014:
“In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977 the Council authorises, pursuant to section 15(1), the exchange of all or parts of Local Purpose (esplanade) Reserve described in the First Schedule for the land described in the Second Schedule”.
