NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 146 — 4 DECEMBER 2014

Classification of Reserves—South Western Bay Settlements Area, Taupo District

Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Taupo District Council hereby classifies the reserves described in the First and Second Schedules as recreation reserves, and further classifies the reserve described in the Third Schedule as local purpose (esplanade) reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.

Declaration That Land is Reserve—Taupo District

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Taupo District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted by the Taupo District Council at its meeting on 26 August 2014, declaring the parcels of land held in fee simple and described in the Schedule hereto to be recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
