Pursuant to Section 319 of the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that Louise Ellen McKinley and Peter Ronald McKinley, the directors of the above-named company propose to apply to the Registrar of Companies, pursuant to section 318(1)(d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of the company from the Register.

The grounds are that the company has ceased to carry on business, there are no further reasons for this company to continue in existence and no liquidator is acting.

Unless written objection to the company’s removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, is sent or delivered to the Registrar by 18 December 2014 (not being less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove the company from the Register.

Health and Safety in Employment (Adventure Activities) Regulations 2011—

Cancellation of Exemption From the Requirement to be Registered

Under Regulation 21 of the Health and Safety in Employment (Adventure Activities) Regulations 2011 (“the Regulations”), I, Gordon MacDonald, give notice that the exemption previously granted to Dive Kapiti 2014 Limited, Wellington, from the requirement in Regulation 7(1)(a) of the Regulations (that an adventure activity operator must not provide an adventure activity to a participant unless, when the activity is provided, the operator is registered to provide it) (New Zealand Gazette, 16 October 2014, No. 127, page 3561) will be cancelled.

The exemption will be cancelled on 21 November 2014 from 12.01am.

The effect of the cancellation of the exemption is that Dive Kapiti 2014 Limited must not provide an adventure activity to a participant unless, when the activity is provided, Dive Kapiti 2014 Limited is registered to provide it.
