f. State Highway 88 to the northern bank of the Leith River;
g. The northern bank of the Leith River from State Highway 88 to Anzac Avenue;
h. Anzac Avenue from the northern edge of the Leith River to Albany Street;
i. Albany Street from Anzac Avenue to Riego Street;
j. Riego Street; and
k. Forth Street from Riego Street to Union Street East.
Clean periods
The University Oval clean zone will apply during the following clean periods:
a. From 6.00am on Tuesday 17 February 2015 until 11.59pm on Tuesday 17 February 2015;
b. From 6.00am on Sunday 22 February 2015 until 11.59pm on Sunday 22 February 2015; and
c. From 6.00am on Thursday 26 February 2015 until 11.59pm on Thursday 26 February 2015.

Notice Declaring the Clean Zones and Clean Periods for FIFA U-20 World Cup New Zealand 2015 Venues
Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Major Events Management Act 2007 ("the Act"), the Minister for Economic Development gives the following notice:
- Commencement and purposeβThis notice, which comes into force on the day of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette, declares the clean zones and clean periods pursuant to section 16 of the Act for the FIFA U-20 World Cup New Zealand 2015 venues.
