b. From 6.00am on Wednesday 11 February 2015 until 11.59pm on Wednesday 11 February 2015;

c. From 6.00am on Friday 13 February 2015 until 11.59pm on Saturday 14 February 2015;

d. From 6.00am on Saturday 21 February 2015 until 11.59pm on Saturday 21 February 2015; and

e. From 6.00am on Monday 23 February 2015 until 11.59pm on Monday 23 February 2015.
