Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 (Notice No. MPI 400)
Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999, notice is given of the issue on 21 October 2014 of the Animal Products Notice: Specifications for animals treated with Buparvaquone, which comes into force on 25 October 2014.
A copy of the notice may be inspected free of charge or purchased at a reasonable cost, at the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.
It can also be viewed on the MPI food safety website www.foodsafety.govt.nz

This is a notice of extension of a public ruling made under section 91DD of the Tax Administration Act 1994.

Public Ruling BR Pub 08/03 "Projects to reduce emissions programme – Income tax treatment" was signed on 7 November 2008 and was published in Tax Information Bulletin, Vol. 20, No. 10 (December 2008).

Public Ruling BR Pub 08/03 originally applied for the period from 1 April 2008 to 31 December 2013. The ruling now applies for the period from 1 January 2014 until 31 December 2018.

Amendment to the Notice—Research, Science, and Technology Funding Subject to a Separate Decision-making Process
Pursuant to section 5(2) of the Research, Science, and Technology Act 2010, I hereby amend the notice "Research, Science, and Technology Funding Subject to a Separate Decision-making Process" published in the New Zealand Gazette, 6 June 2013, No. 72, page 1918, by the addition of the following clause:
"(ac) The Māori Innovation Fund."
