Notice of Publication of Annual Report—Landcorp Farming Limited
Pursuant to section 17(2A) of the State-Owned Enterprises Act 1986, notice is hereby given that Landcorp Farming Limited has delivered to the Minister for State Owned Enterprises its annual report for the period ending 30 June 2014 containing its audited financial statements and audit report.
Landcorp Farming Limited has, with the consent of the Minister for State Owned Enterprises, published the annual report.

Notice Under the Wine Act 2003 (Notice No. MPI 399)
Pursuant to section 116(3) of the Wine Act 2003, notice is given of the issue on 16 October 2014 of the Wine Notice: Laboratories Recognised for Testing of Wine for Export which comes into force on 17 October 2014.
A copy of the notice may be inspected at or obtained from the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

Notice of Payment into Victims’ Claims Trust Account
Take notice that, pursuant to Part 2 of the Prisoners’ and Victims’ Claims Act 2005, compensation awarded to Ryan Maitai is required to be paid to the Secretary of Justice and the surplus after deductions is to be held in trust on behalf of Ryan Maitai.
And that on 8 September 2014, $1,694.00 was paid into the victims’ claims trust account on behalf of Ryan Maitai.
This money must be held in the trust account to enable any victims of Ryan Maitai to make claims against it.
Any person that has been a victim of Ryan Maitai, in respect of an offence for which Ryan Maitai was convicted in a Court of New Zealand, is entitled to make a claim against the money held in the trust account on behalf of Ryan Maitai.
