Pursuant to section 338(5) of Te Ture Whenua Māori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the area of land included in the Māori reservation published in the New Zealand Gazette, 10 February 1994, No. 11, page 726, is hereby increased as described in the Schedule below.

Setting Apart Māori Freehold Land as a Māori Reservation

Pursuant to section 338(1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a papa kāinga or communal dwelling to be known as the Tauhara Middle No. 4A No. 1M No. 2B No. 2B Māori Reservation for the common use and benefit of the descendants of the Te Hoeroa Tahau (1891) Whānau Trust.
