Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Manager, Property of the Auckland Council, hereby gives notice that the Waitakere City Council resolved on 6 August 2009 that the land described in the Schedule shall be declared to be a reserve within the meaning of that Act to be held as a recreation reserve and for the purposes specified in section 17 of that Act.
