Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993

Iain Bruce Shephard and Heath Leslie Gair were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies, pursuant to special resolutions of shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 August 2014 at 8.15am.
