Craig William Melhuish and Michael John Keyse, chartered accountants of HFK Limited, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company by order of the High Court at Christchurch on 21 August 2014 at 10.45am.

The liquidators fix 21 September 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice is given that on 11 August 2014 at 9.00am, a special resolution was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be wound up voluntarily and Jason Geoffrey Edwards be appointed as liquidator.
