Reserves Act 1977
Declaration That Private Land be Protected Private Land
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and in accordance with a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Wellington Hawke’s Bay Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the private land described in the Schedule be protected private land for scientific purposes, subject to the provisions of section 21 of the Act, and a Deed of Agreement dated 26 June 2013, and further declares that the protected private land shall be known as Nga Manu Forest Scientific Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Community Support Manager of the Nelson-Marlborough Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a local purpose (rest home) reserve over the land described in the Schedule, with the effect that the land is now Crown Land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Hastings District Council gives notice that the following resolution was passed by the council on 2 May 2013:
“That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Hastings District Council declares pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 that the land in the following schedule is held as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve.”
