Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Kim Shannon, General Manager, Schools Infrastructure Group, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby amend the notice headed Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 January 2011, No. 5, page 103, by replacing in the Schedule:

"0.0890 Lot 2 DP 67082 (part of the land held in New Zealand Gazette, 31 October 1972, No. 89, page 2350); North Auckland Land Registration District."

with

"0.0890 Lot 2 DP 67082 (part Gazette Notice 121897 – New Zealand Gazette, 31 October 1972, No. 89, page 2350); North Auckland Land Registration District."

Pursuant to section 70A of the Education Act 1989, and pursuant to an authority delegated to me, I, Kim Shannon, General Manager, Schools Infrastructure Group, Ministry of Education, Wellington, hereby amend the notice headed Land Declared No Longer Required for Education Purposes and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 31 January 2013, No. 11, page 392, by replacing in the Schedule:

"0.0979 Lot 13 DPS 5292 (all New Zealand Gazette, 16 March 1961, No. 19, page 412), South Auckland Land Registration District."

with

New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008

Notice of the Final Determinations of the Minister for Land Information on Official Geographic Names

Pursuant to section 16 of the New Zealand Geographic Board (Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa) Act 2008 ("the Act"), notice was given in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 July 2012, No. 86, page 2389, of proposals by the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa ("Board") to assign new geographic names.

Submissions received for the geographic name proposals were dealt with by the Board according to section 18 of the Act.

After considering reports from the Board, I hereby declare that my final determinations for the geographic names, made pursuant to sections 20(2) and 20(3) of the Act and, as specified in the first column of the Schedule below ("the Schedule"), are now the official geographic names.

The geographic feature types that these names relate to are set out in the second column of the Schedule.

The descriptions for these names are set out in the third column of the Schedule.

The date on which I made my decisions was 6 June 2013.

My final determinations on these names shall take effect on 20 June 2013.
