Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 1 April 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Laura Oxford in respect of The Crib at Matakana (20241), situated at 76 Matakana Valley Road, Warkworth.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Resource Management Act 1991
The Resource Management (Approval of Top Energy Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2013
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, the Minister for the Environment gives the following notice.
Notice
- Title and commencement—(1) This notice is the Resource Management (Approval of Top Energy Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice 2013.
(2) This notice shall come into force on the 28th day after its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
- Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires:
(a) “Telecommunication” has the meaning given to that term by section 5 of the Telecommunications Act 2001.
(b) “Radiocommunication” has the meaning given to that term in section 2(1) of the Radiocommunications Act 1989.
(c) “Network” means the system of telecommunication links and works (as defined in the Telecommunications Act 2001), which Top Energy Limited operates or uses, or may operate or use in the future, for the purpose of telecommunication and radiocommunication. The primary purpose of the network is to assist with the provision of Top Energy Limited’s line function services to customers in the Far North District.
- Approval as requiring authority—(1) Top Energy Limited is hereby approved as a requiring authority under section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991, for the network utility operation described in subclause (2), including projects or works of that network utility operation, within the Far North District.
(2) The network utility operation is the operation, erection, installation, maintenance, replacement, alteration, removal, expansion or upgrading of the network or any component of the network which Top Energy Limited operates, or proposes to operate, for the purpose of telecommunication or radiocommunication.

Notice of Exemption Applied to Part of the Closed Burial Ground at St Paul’s Church, 100A Victoria Road, Devonport
Pursuant to section 44(4) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, I, Mark Jacobs, Director of Public Health, Ministry of Health, acting under the delegated authority of the Minister of Health, hereby amend the conditions to the closing of the denominational burial ground known as the St Paul’s Burial Ground, Devonport (“ground”), set out in the Order in Council in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 February 1891, No. 12, page 195 (“closure notice”), as follows.
The closure notice is subject to the following amended condition:
The land described as Lot 1 Proposed Subdivision at St Paul’s Church, 100A Victoria Road, Devonport (1697m²) of Lot 26A Section 2 Parish of Takapuna (NA62/48), North Auckland Land Registration District, is excluded from section 42 and section 44(4) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, and accordingly, that portion may be subdivided and sold.
The remainder of the closed burial ground land, described as Lot 2 Proposed Subdivision at St Paul’s Church, 100A Victoria Road, Devonport (2092m²) of Lot 26A, Section 2, Parish of Takapuna (NA62/48), North Auckland Land Registration District, remains a closed burial ground pursuant to the Burial and Cremation Act 1964.
