Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 29 October 2002, which was granted under those Regulations to Glenda Fay Oborn in respect of Kindercare Learning Centres 11 Toddlers (10303), situated at 285 Lincoln Road, Henderson, Auckland.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
