Pursuant to Regulation 12(1)(d)(iii) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 May 2012, which was granted under those Regulations to Leigh Reddish in respect of Bear Park Infant and Toddler Centre (10040), situated at 79 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland.
