Pursuant to clause 9(3A) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I declare invalid the election for parent representatives for the board of trustees of Titahi Bay Intermediate School, Porirua; Chisnallwood Intermediate School, Christchurch; Waiau Pa School, Pukekohe; Otatara School, Invercargill; Stanhope Road School, Auckland; Target Road School, North Shore; Glenorchy School, Glenorchy; Kaikohe Intermediate School, Kaikohe; Ongarue School, Ongarue; for staff representatives for Burnham School, Canterbury; Tokoroa High School, Tokoroa and Ruawai Primary School, Northland, require new elections to be held on the dates specified below and declare that the elected representatives who held office on the date of the invalid election remain in office until the close of the day before the day on which the new trustees take office following the new election:

• Voting for the elections shall now close on 18 July 2013 for Otatara School, Ruawai Primary School and Titahi Bay Intermediate School.

• Voting for the elections shall now close on 25 July 2013 for Stanhope Road School and Target Road School.

• Voting for the elections shall now close on 1 August 2013 for Waiau Pa School, Glenorchy School, Kaikohe Intermediate School, Ongarue School, Burnham School and Tokoroa High School.

• Voting for the elections shall now close on 15 August 2013 for Chisnallwood Intermediate School.
