Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Property

To: The Personal Representatives of the Estates of Taua Pouwhare and Arihia Pouwhare.

In the matter of section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, and in the matter of the deed dated the 7th day of July 1988 between the Housing Corporation of New Zealand (since assigned to The Home Mortgage Company Limited as mortgagee), Taua Pouwhare and Arihia Pouwhare as mortgagors, and the trustees of Ruatoki 1 63B Ahu Whenua Trust (“the mortgage”):

The Home Mortgage Company Limited (“the mortgagee”) gives notice as follows:

1. On 17 April 2013, the mortgagee entered into possession of the mortgaged property by order of the District Court at Whakatane.

2. The description of the mortgaged property is the house located on the land at Ruatoki A 63B Block, Whakatane.

Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority

Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011

Amended Direction to Develop a Land Use Recovery Plan

Pursuant to sections 10 and 16 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery gives the following notice.

Notice

1. The direction given by me to the Canterbury Regional Council on 6 November 2012*, requiring it to prepare a Land Use Recovery Plan, is amended from the publication of this notice by amending clause 3.4 of the direction to state:

   “3.4 The Canterbury Regional Council must develop a draft Land Use Recovery Plan by 5 July 2013.”

2. The effect of this notice is to extend, by four weeks, the time within which the Canterbury Regional Council is required to develop the draft Land Use Recovery Plan.
