Pursuant to section 31F of the Education Act 1989, the Minister of Education gives the following notice:

1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Recognition as a Lead Provider of Secondary-Tertiary Programme Notice 2013.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Recognised lead providers—The following industry training organisation is recognised as a lead provider of a secondary-tertiary programme:
