Notice is hereby given, under section 54 of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Act 2011, that the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery proposes to take the land described in the Schedule to this notice.
The exercise of this power is in accordance with section 10 of that Act.
The land is required for the implementation of the Christchurch Central Recovery Plan and it is intended to use the land for the purposes of The Frame – South.

(c) the part of The Frame – South cannot be properly constructed and operated without all interests in the land being acquired.

The owners of the land and those persons with a registered interest in it have been served with notice of the Minister’s intention to take their land.
