as members of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 9 May 2013.

as a full member of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 9 May 2013.

I have reappointed, pursuant to clause 4 of Schedule 1 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2002

Marion Grace Miller, of Invercargill

as a substitute lay member of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 9 May 2013; and appointed

Neale Charles Thomas Faulkner, of Auckland

as a substitute member of the Cadastral Surveyors Licensing Board of New Zealand for a term of three years commencing on 9 May 2013.

The appointments of Brett Douglas Gawn and Vicki Alma Nalder are made on the recommendation of a body representing licensed cadastral surveyors pursuant to section 13(2)(a) of the said Act.
