Road Realignment—Arcadian Lane, Whangarei District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for road and is vested in the Whangarei District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 300783, subject to Mortgage 9149906.1.

Land Declared Road—State Highway 16, Grafton Road to Stanley Street, Auckland

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road, pursuant to section 114, which, pursuant to section 5 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, forms part of State Highway 16 and remains vested in the Crown and which has the effect of adding the portions of road described in the Second and Fourth Schedules to this notice to State Highway 16.

(b) Declares the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be set apart, pursuant to section 52, for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) which shall remain vested in the Crown.

(c) Declares the road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped, pursuant to section 116, and set apart, pursuant to section 52(1), for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) which shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
