Further, that on 6 March 2013, Dennis John Wood and Graeme Frederick Tapp, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the business and assets of TARANAKI MILK PRODUCTS LIMITED,
pursuant to a general security agreement dated the 19th day of May 2006, charging all of the present and after-acquired property of TARANAKI MILK PRODUCTS LIMITED.
