Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Presented By: Act Three Limited, PO Box 2347, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140.

We advise that on 6 March 2013, Dennis John Wood and Frederick Graeme Tapp, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of HAMPTON FARMS TRUST, pursuant to a mortgage registered number 6134397.1 securing all the income, assets and undertakings of the lands secured by the mortgage or of any business for the time being carried on from any of those lands or which utilises any of those lands.

On 6 March 2013, the receivers were also appointed jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a specific security agreement dated the 12th day of March 2010.
