Road Realignment—State Highway 60–Te Mamaku Drive, Tasman District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, William Malcolm Naik, Land Information New Zealand:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road which, pursuant to section 88(2) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, becomes road, limited access road and State highway and shall remain vested in the Crown;

(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Tasman District Council;

(c) Pursuant to section 52, declares the land described in the Third Schedule of this notice is to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 119 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, William Malcolm Naik, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance and shall be amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 605935, and shall vest in Her Majesty The Queen as a recreation reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
