"On the 12th day of February 2013, I, The Honourable Simon William English, Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Crown, gave a tax indemnity to the trustees of the Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō Trust as described under Part 2 of the General Matters Schedule of the Deed of Settlement for Ngāti Apa ki te Rā Tō signed on 12th February 2013 and which is to apply from the date of such signing (namely 12th February 2013)."

Pursuant to Regulation 11(1)(c) of the Electricity Industry (Levy of Industry Participants) Regulations 2010 (“Regulations”) and section 13 of the Interpretation Act 1999 (“Act”), the Electricity Authority (“Authority”) gives the following notice.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the Notice of Recalculated Reconciled Levy Rates for the Year Ended 30 June 2012.

2. Recalculated reconciled levy rates—The Authority has recalculated the reconciled levy rates for the year ended 30 June 2012 in accordance with Regulation 11 of the Regulations and section 13 of the Act.

3. The *Notice of Reconciled Levy Rates for the Year Ended 30 June 2012** is amended by omitting the table under clause 2(1) and substituting the following table:
