KiwiSaver Default Provider (TOWER Managed Funds Limited) Amendment Notice 2013

This notice is issued pursuant to sub-section 181(1)(c) and 181(2) of the KiwiSaver Act 2006 and clause 10 of the KiwiSaver Default Provider (TOWER Managed Funds Limited) Notice 2007* and makes amendments to that notice by amending the name of the default KiwiSaver scheme and the name of the scheme’s manager.

Notice

1. Title—This notice is the KiwiSaver Default Provider (TOWER Managed Funds Limited) Amendment Notice 2013.

2. Commencement—This notice comes into force on 29 January 2014.

3. Application—This notice applies to TOWER Managed Funds Limited.

4. Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context requires otherwise:

   principal notice means the KiwiSaver Default Provider (TOWER Managed Funds Limited) Notice 2007, dated the 2nd day of April 2007*.

5. Title amended—The title of the principal notice is amended by deleting the words

   "TOWER Managed Funds Limited"

   and replacing them with the words

   "Fisher Managed Funds Limited".

6. Clause 1 amended—Clause 1 of the principal notice is amended by deleting the words

   "TOWER Managed Funds Limited"

   and replacing them with the words

   "Fisher Managed Funds Limited".

7. Clause 4 amended—Clause 4 of the principal notice is amended by deleting the words

   "TOWER Managed Funds Limited"

   and replacing them with the words

   "Fisher Managed Funds Limited".

8. Schedule 1 amended—Schedule 1 of the principal notice is amended by deleting the words

   "TOWER KiwiSaver Scheme"

   and replacing them with the words

   "Fisher Funds TWO KiwiSaver Scheme".
