Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975

Change of Class of Te Pi’ipi’inga Kākano mai i Rangiātea Kura Kaupapa Māori (4145)

Pursuant to section 153(1)(b) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that Te Pi’ipi’inga Kākano mai i Rangiātea Kura Kaupapa Māori will become a Year 1–13 composite wharekura on 5 May 2014 and cease to be a Year 1–8 primary kura on that day.

The wharekura will enrol students in stages as follows:

• Year 1–9 students in 2014.
• Year 1–10 students in 2015.
• Year 1–11 students in 2016.
• Year 1–12 students in 2017.
• Year 1–13 students in 2018.

The enrolment of Year 11–13 students is dependent on a positive Education Review Office readiness review of planning for senior secondary school provision.

Notice of Amendment to the East Tamaki Methodist Church Burial Ground Closing and Clearance Notice 1975, Chapel Road, Flatbush, Auckland

I, Darren Hunt, Director of Public Health, Ministry of Health, acting under delegation from the Minister of Health, amend the East Tamaki Methodist Church Burial Ground Closing and Clearance Notice 1975 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette*, 5 February 1975, No. 7, page 190), as follows:

“Pursuant to section 44(4) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 (‘the Act’) and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the land described in the Schedule to this amending notice is exempt from the provisions of sections 42 and 44(4) of the Act and may be sold, leased and otherwise diverted to any other purpose.
