Land Transfer Act Notice

The owners of land adjoining the bank of Mauku Stream in the Waiuku District have applied to me to bring part of the dry bed of the Mauku Stream under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a Computer Freehold Register for it in their names.

Land Registration District: North Auckland.

Application: 955506.5.

Applicants: Malcolm Stanley Wright, Dael Margaret Wright and Franklin Trustee Services Limited, c/o Mason Lawrie Law, PO Box 31, Waiuku 2341.

Land Applied for: 300 square metres, more or less; shown on LT 449922, being part of the former bed of Mauku Stream adjoining Lot 3 DP 325442 and Lot 2 DP 379769 (comprised in Computer Freehold Register 319795) in the Waiuku District.

I hereby give notice of my intention to bring the land applied for under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952, and issue a title for it in the names of the applicants unless a caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before 5 February 2014.
