Land Transfer Act Notice
The applicant described below has applied, under section 70 of the Land Transfer Act 1952, for the removal of a right of way easement.
The applicant claims the right of way is redundant by reason of the circumstances set out below.
I intend to remove the right of way on 10 January 2014 if no objections have been received before that date.

Applicant: 75 Taylors Rd Limited, c/o The Property Law Centre, 265 Campbell Road, Greenlane, Auckland 1061. Postal Address: PO Box 17393, Greenlane, Auckland 1546.
Easement: A right of way over part marked "A" on DP 84338 specified in easement certificate B239329.1 β 23 November 1983 at 11.28am.
Circumstances: The dominant land has become physically separated from the servient land caused by the subdivision and boundary adjustment shown on DP 105590.

If no objections have been received before 21 December 2013, the Register will be updated to record the easement as redundant.

Easement: Drainage rights over and appurtenant to Lot 3 DP 101312, comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA55D/516, created by Conveyance 148740, registered on 13 June 1899.
Circumstances: There are no drains or ditches or other conduits on or serving Lot 3 DP 101312.

This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.
To all creditors and claimants of EUROPEAN CARAVANS LIMITED (a company that ceased trading on 31 January 2013):
The sum of $10,360.01 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.
A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of EUROPEAN CARAVANS LIMITED.
Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to EUROPEAN CARAVANS LIMITED, subject to no notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 18 December 2013.
Any persons having any interest in priority to the claimant must submit a claim to Public Trust, PO Box 13245, Tauranga Central, Tauranga 3141 (Attention: Trish Voelkerling) on or prior to the above-mentioned date.
Note: This is the first and only notice of this claim.
