Notice of Intention to Correct Register

I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies, in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of the following companies and liquidators by deleting or replacing incorrect documents and otherwise adjusting the Register. Dates are those of registration:

BJ PROPERTY PTY LIMITED (3757536) – transfer of 50 shares from N. Sathyanarayana to B. Judge did not take place and is to be withdrawn – 9 July 2013.

HARDPINE PTY LIMITED (3825356) – Particulars of shares (8 March 2013) notified in error requiring reversal (29 April 2013); transfer of 50 shares from N. Sathyanarayana to B. Judge did not take place (26 June 2013) – both notices and reversal are to be withdrawn.

JRC ASIA PACIFIC PTY LIMITED (3930198) – transfer of 25 shares from N. Sathyanarayana to B. Judge did not take place – 22 October 2013.

SPIRIT PACIFIC LIMITED (3460013) – liquidator’s six-monthly report contained errors – 10 June 2013 (application by liquidators).

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 19 December 2013 (being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice).

Notice of Proposed Amalgamation

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that C&G HOLDINGS (2013) LIMITED and C&G HOLDINGS LIMITED, being the amalgamating companies, propose to amalgamate on 31 December 2013.

The amalgamated (continuing) company will be C&G HOLDINGS (2013) LIMITED, which will be renamed C&G HOLDINGS LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered office of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours.

A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
